Executive Recruitment Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Advisor Recruitment: Identify, pitch to, and onboard high-potential individuals (such as financial consultants, housewives, retired professionals, and businessmen) to join as Insurance Advisors.
• Licensing & Training: Guide newly recruited advisors through the mandatory IRDAI training and exam process to get them certified and licensed.
• Advisor Activation: Ensure a high percentage of the advisor network remains active every month by driving them to login at least one policy.
• Business Pipeline Tracking: Monitor the daily lead logs, login files, and issuance pipeline to ensure smooth documentation and zero operational lag.
• Product & Contest Promotion: Educate advisors daily on new product launches, company sales contests, and rewards programs (like MDRT/R&R) to keep motivation high.
• Compliance Checks: Ensure all advisors strictly follow ethical selling practices and IRDAI guidelines to eliminate mis-selling and market complaints.

Preferred candidate profile

• Industry Experience: 1 to 4 years of sales experience in Agency Channel (Life Insurance)
• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Network & Sourcing Skills: Strong local networking skills with the ability to scout, influence, and recruit independent agents/advisors.
• Coaching & Leadership: Excellent capability to mentor, motivate, and manage a diverse team of part-time and full-time advisors.
• Sales & Communication: Sharp objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills, along with fluency in the local language of the territory.
• Mobility: Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driver's license for daily field travel and advisor meetings.
