Executive Recruiter

1. Calling, Sourcing, screening, IT Recruitment and Non IT Recruitment.
2. Source and screen candidates to match client job descriptions for
relevant skills.
3. Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
4. Should be familiar with Job portal like Naukri.com.
5. Call experienced candidates and build a talent pipeline.
6. Core Recruitment and hiring
7. Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, Non IT Recruiter, Recruiting interns.
Requirements:
1. Freshers and 0-2 years of experience
2. Graduation from a regular college.
3. Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer knowledge.
4. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
5. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to the role.
6. Any Internship experience is an added advantage
