Location - Chennai

Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment, in any industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for blue-collar and Gray-collar positions.
• NON - IT Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Sales Hiring
• Understand manpower requirements from various departments and prepare recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through various job portal like Naukri, Apna, Work India, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, employee referrals, campus recruitment and job fairs.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate technical and HR interview schedules with department heads.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, selection and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary, designation and joining dates with selected candidates.
• Prepare and release offer letters and appointment-related documents.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure candidates join as per the committed date.
• Maintain daily and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool for critical positions.
• Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct campus recruitment and bulk hiring drives whenever required.
• Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor recruitment TAT and improve the overall hiring process.
• Handle candidate grievances and provide timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Apna and Work India.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to handle bulk recruitment and urgent manpower requirements.
• Good knowledge of HR recruitment processes and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with department heads, candidates and consultants.
