    Qualification :

  1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

  3. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

    8. Roles and Responsibilities :

  8. Vendor Management : - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
    - Conduct vendor audits and performance reviews.
  9. Procurement Process : - Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    - Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials, supplies, and services.
    - Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  10. Negotiation: - Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals.
    - Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  11. Inventory Management : - Collaborate with inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.
    - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  12. Cost Management : - Analyse and evaluate cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
    - Implement cost reduction strategies without compromising on quality.
