Essential

• B. Pharm / M. Pharm (preferred) or M.Sc. Chemistry/Life Sciences with demonstrable pharmaceutical quality exposure.

• 4-8 years in pharmaceutical QA - pharma manufacturing, C&F/distribution or GDP-compliant warehousing / 3PL / FTWZ operations.

• Sound working knowledge of GDP (WHO/EU/CDSCO), the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules and customer quality/technical agreements GMP awareness (Schedule M / WHO GMP) sufficient to support value-added services and customer GMP audits.

• Hands-on experience of deviations, CAPA, change control, risk assessment, self-inspection and document control practical cold chain, temperature mapping and excursion management.

• Able to face customer and regulatory audits independently and write investigation reports and customer responses.

• SOP writing and implementation across departments proficient in MS Office and comfortable on WMS and digital quality tools.
