Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make daily production plans and manage scheduling of shipping dates for all

incoming orders.

• Continuous Improvements in Productions as well as atomization of plant.
• Analyze to determine the composition and concentration of products.
• Conduct tests on materials and other substances to ensure that safety and quality

standards are met.

• Update BOM IF there are any issues in the batch process or Update the batch

process as per batch requirements.

• Taking batches in the new grease vessel plant & handling new equipment or utility in

that plant.

• Giving handling knowledge of chemicals to workers during the batch process.
• Taking action on hold or NC batches. If there is any problem in the product then we

sort it out with the help of the R & D and production department.

• Manpower Management.
• Teamwork & Good Communication.
• Coordinate with the Production senior officer, Plant Head & R&D team.
• Machine Cleaning Observation during Changeover.
• Unit 2 Batches handle safety precautions.

Extra work:-

• Reporting of Machine maintenance issues.
• Housekeeping in the Production Area.
• If the safety officer is not present then provide or issue a permit to the worker.
