Executive - Production (PCB Assembly Line)

Job Summary

Responsible for managing production line operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. The role involves manpower management, problem-solving, process improvements, and coordination with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

What will you do?

• Manage daily production line activities and output targets.
• Perform RCA and Why-Why analysis for production issues.
• Drive process improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Dispatch, and other stakeholders.
• Train new operators on production processes and safety practices.
• Handle manpower allocation and shop-floor discipline.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What are we looking for?

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience (EMS preferred).
• Knowledge of production processes, RCA, and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong manpower handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
