    About this role

    ROLE PURPOSE

    We are looking for an Executive - Procurement to support day-to-day procurement operations and ensure timely material availability. The role will involve PO processing, supplier and logistics coordination, material movement, returns management, and invoice resolution. The individual will work closely with Stores, EMS/suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely procurement transactions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per business requirements.
    Coordinate with the Stores team for timely unloading and receipt of materials.
    Create RTV/RGP documentation and coordinate with EMS/suppliers for material returns.
    Maintain the RTV tracker and follow up until rejected materials are received back and closed.
    Follow up with EMS/suppliers to ensure rejected PCBAs/materials are returned within defined timelines.
    Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for on-time material delivery and provide daily follow-ups.
    Support resolution of invoice discrepancies in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
    Maintain accurate procurement and material movement records and ensure timely closure of pending transactions.

    MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

    1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchase operations, supply chain, or a related field.
    Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or a related discipline.
    Hands-on experience in PO processing, supplier coordination, material movement, and invoice resolution.
    Good understanding of procurement and supplier management processes.
    Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
    Working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems and MS Excel.
    Ability to manage multiple transactions and ensure timely closure of open items.
