Job Purpose

Preparation of Maturity Payment Voucher, Query/ Request Management, Adherence of Regulatory and Internal Payout TAT

Role & responsibilities

Service Level Agreement

• 100% adherence in set service standards
• Maintaining industry- best TAT and Accuracy level.

Processing Parameters

• Implement Industry best Practice
• Optimum capacity utilization

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 year of Minimum work experience of Life Insurance and Policy Servicing Operations
• Preparation of Payment Voucher
• 100% accuracy while processing payouts
• Adherence of Regulatory and Internal Payout TAT
• Upload Payout status in RCS systems
• Working Knowledge of Excel
• Query/ Request Management
