Executive - Planning & Compliance (Exports)

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze shipment plans and verify product, quantity, and packaging details.
• Prepare and share export packing lists with the documentation team.
• Monitor shipment schedules and follow up to ensure timely dispatches.
• Maintain records of vehicle loading and container stuffing.
• Update Planning & Compliance Dashboard with dispatch and shipment status.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Documentation teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Export Operations, Export Documentation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Planning.
• Good knowledge of export documentation and shipment processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel; ERP/SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical ability.
