Role Description The Executive – PL – Emerging role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chaibasa. In this role, the individual will manage and grow the Personal Loan (PL) portfolio within emerging markets by identifying potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, and supporting them through the application process. The position involves daily customer interaction, document collection and verification, coordination with internal teams for credit assessment, and ensuring timely disbursal of loans. The executive will monitor portfolio performance, follow up on repayments, and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also includes preparing basic reports, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to local marketing and outreach activities to increase customer acquisition.
Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of lending products, retail finance, or NBFC operations, especially personal loans.
• Comfort with field work, on-site customer visits, and working in emerging or semi-urban markets.
• Proficiency in using computers and mobile applications for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
• Attention to detail, reliability in handling documents and customer information, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address customer queries and support collection efforts.
• Minimum educational qualification of a graduate degree in any discipline; a background in commerce, finance, or business is an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales, collections, or customer service in financial services or related sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in local languages and English, and willingness to work flexible hours as business needs require.
