Executive - People Services

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, leave and attendance, employee letters, payroll-related inputs, contract-related activities, and exits/separations
• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution within defined SLAs.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure transactions are completed correctly and on time.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as Payroll, IT, Finance, Administration and other HR teams to ensure seamless execution of employee lifecycle activities.
• Provide guidance on applicable HR policies and processes and support employees in navigating HR systems and self-service platforms.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and records to support compliance, data security and audit readiness.
• Track employee queries/cases, follow up on dependencies and escalate complex matters to the appropriate specialist teams for resolution.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements, standardization and automation that improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Handle employee information with appropriate confidentiality and discretion.
