Executive- Payroll

Role & responsibilities

• Graduation in B.Com must
• Able to handle Payroll/statutory  GL accounting .
• Knowledge about Debit and credit and basic accounting principles.
• Require good knowledge about Accounting & GL Posting
• Able to handle statutory compliance ESI, P Tax and LWF
• Able to hander ESIC, P tax, LWF challan and return 
• Mast have good knowledge about MS. Excel. 
• Knowledge of SAP ERP system (HR Module).
• Good knowledge of labour legislation.
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to flexible with job duties and scope of work.
• Managing internal systems and reports to resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Functional Knowledge of Skills (Must Have)

Accounting,  GL and statutory compliance (ESI, P Tax and LWF) 2.Leadership Behavior -Yes

3.Educational Qualification  -Graduate-B.Com or M.Com

4.Technical Skill required -Accounting and Statutory Compliance (ESI, P tax and LWF)

5.Language Proficiency  English and Hindi
