Executive - Packing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of batch packing activities such as Dispensing, Line clearance.
• Responsible for functioning of primary and secondary packing machines as per the SOP/BPR.
• Responsible for preparation & review of BPR as per BOM & Packing Specification.
• Ensuring the availability of serial number in track & trace serialization system.
• Ensuring daily cleaning, machine preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Handling of Change control related to packing documentation and packing activities.
• Conduct BPR activities, including change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines during packaging operations.
• Manage bottling operations, ensuring proper labeling and sealing of bottles.
• Oversee blister packing activities, adhering to OSD standards.
• Coordinate bulk packing operations for primary packaging materials.
