Executive or Officer Client Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end labour compliance activities for clients.
• Coordinate with clients and internal team members for compliance-related requirements.
• Prepare and submit management reports and MIS.
• Maintain client records, registers and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with various government authorities and departments.
• Support clients in ensuring timely compliance with applicable labour laws.

Key Job Duties.

• Obtain registrations and licences under various Labour Laws.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for the collection, verification and sharing of required documents/information.
• Prepare and maintain client records, registers and other statutory documents under applicable Labour Laws.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits at client locations.
• Maintain daily MIS, databases and compliance trackers.
• Handle operational advances, including cash and other banking instruments, as required.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of compliance-related activities.
• Candidates with experience/exposure in Labour Compliance, Statutory Compliance or HR Compliance will be preferred.
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance processes will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and government offices.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Early joiners will be preferred.

Desirable Computing Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in email platforms such as Outlook and Gmail.
• Ability to maintain MIS, databases and compliance trackers.
