Executive or Asst. Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and profit-and-loss reports.
• Account Reconciliation: Balance general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Month-End Closing: Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
• Tax Preparation: Compute taxes, prepare returns, and ensure local or federal compliance.
• Auditing & Compliance: Review transactions, resolve discrepancies, and cooperate with external auditors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Software: Proficiency with accounting tools like QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero.
• Excel Skills: Advanced command of spreadsheets, including pivot tables and formulas.
