Executive/Operator -PRESS -HPL

Role & responsibilities

Prepare press stacks by aligning impregnated decor and kraft paper sheets with release paper and steel plates

Monitor press parameters (temperature, hydraulic pressure, cycle time) during operation

Ensure uniform heat distribution and curing throughout the press cycle.

Unload finished laminated stacks carefully to avoid surface damage

Coordinate with impregnation and finishing sections for material flow.

Assist in preparing and aligning sheet stacks with steel plates or release sheets

Maintain orderly stacking of finished HPL sheets in cooling area
