About this role
Designation: Executive Operations
Experience: 1-3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
On-board high-quality driver partners and vendors
Ensure that they are well trained, process-driven and customer-centric.
Ensure delivery on SLAs promised to the customer
Restore operations to normalcy when things break
Hire, coach and mentor a team of Managers
They control the PL for their patch.
They must optimize the cost and increase overall efficiency.
They are responsible for Implementing SOPs across multiple sites
They are responsible for growth of both the Revenue and the Net margin for their sites.
Internally, they manage Cluster Managers and collaborate with the Finance, Compliance, and Human Resources team.
Candidate Requirement description:
1- 3 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast-paced business.
Willingness to deal with a blue-collar workforce every day.
Advanced MS Excel skills a must - formulas, VLOOKUP, pivots etc.
Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
Willingness to travel between different cities.
A good understanding of the city and its layout will be a big plus.
Prior experience in an operations role will be a big plus.
Entrepreneurial growth mindset, dynamic individual with positive outlook.
Confident, highly motivated self-starter who is willing to get his/her hands
dirty.
Attention to detail with the ability to build relationships.
Must demonstrate high levels of ownership, bias for action and problem solving
