Executive Operations

• Support inbound, outbound, sortation, staging, and dispatch operations as per defined SLAs.
• Monitor shipment flow and ensure timely processing and handovers.
• Coordinate with transportation and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist in manpower allocation, shift activities, and daily briefings .
• Track operational KPIs, productivity, TAT, and SLA adherence and highlight gaps.
• Support implementation of SOPs, 5S, Lean, and process improvement initiatives .
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, compliance, and audit requirements .
• Conduct basic checks/audits and support RCA and corrective actions for operational defects.
• Coordinate with HR, Customer Service, Inventory, Transportation, and vendor teams .
• Handle day-to-day operational escalations and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS, operational reports, and incident reports .
• Support management with accurate operational updates and data.

• Shipment Process Management
• MIS Operational Reporting
• MS Excel and basic data analysis
• Problem-solving and coordination
• SOP, 5S Safety Compliance
• Strong communication and teamwork

• 13 years of experience in warehouse, sort center, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations .
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a fast-paced operational environment.
