Job Summary:

KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Operations to support backend and branch operations. The role involves KYC verification, documentation, loan processing, compliance support, and coordination with branches and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle backend operations and coordinate with branches.
• Perform KYC verification and documentation.
• Support RBI compliance-related operational activities.
• Coordinate CIBIL verification and loan processing.
• Handle gold loan interest rebate and insurance claim follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
