• Conduct field visits, operational audits, and process checks across hubs.
• Manage inward, outward, sorting, routing, packaging, and inventory processes.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, operational standards, and compliance requirements .
• Manage blue-collar manpower , including attendance, productivity, and workforce deployment.
• Handle floor-level escalations and coordinate timely resolution of operational issues.
• Manage client and vendor relationships to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support hiring of Team Leads, Hub Managers, Process Associates, Drivers, and Bikers .
• Track attendance, tech adherence, and workforce performance .
• Support pincode-level expansion planning and operational readiness.
• Conduct onboarding and process training for new Hub Managers and Team Leads .
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
