• Manage and track training coverage for new and existing employees.
• Conduct new joiner induction and process training .
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned training programs.
• Drive skill certification and multi-skilling initiatives.
• Identify training needs to improve productivity, quality, and SOP compliance .
• Conduct safety, refresher, and process training as required.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, performance, and feedback.
• Track training feedback scores, TAT, and training gap closure .
• Monitor attrition of trained employees and identify improvement areas.
• Maintain training records, MIS, dashboards, and certification data.
• Coordinate with operations and supervisors to identify and close skill gaps.
• Support initiatives to improve training ROI and operational performance .
