Executive - Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable, including processing customer payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct regular collections calls to ensure timely payment from customers and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare MIS reports to track financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights for improvement.
• Perform accounts reconciliation tasks such as verifying ledger entries against invoices and bank statements.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in accountancy or related field with a focus on accounts receivable/collections.
• Strong knowledge of mis reporting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in preparing MIS reports using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction during collection calls.
