JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and coordination-focused Executive – Operations (Control Tower) to monitor and coordinate pan-India sample movement and ensure smooth, timely, and efficient logistics operations.

The role involves real-time tracking, exception management, TAT & SLA monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and operational reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor pan-India sample movement from collection points to destinations.
• Track phlebotomist activities and ensure timely sample collection.
• Monitor sample pickup, transit, and delivery status in real time.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility of active sample movements.
• Identify delayed, missed, or at-risk samples and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with phlebotomists, field teams, logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle operational exceptions and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues as per the defined escalation matrix.
• Monitor TAT & SLA adherence.
• Update live tracking systems and operational dashboards accurately.
• Prepare daily MIS, operational dashboards, and exception reports.
• Ensure effective shift handover with complete operational updates.
• Support continuous improvement by reducing missed pickups, delays, and unresolved cases.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong coordination and communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Knowledge of logistics, diagnostics, or healthcare operations preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Hindi is mandatory
Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

SHIFT TIMINGS

Shift 1: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days Working
Weekly Off: 1 Day – Rotational Basis
