Executive ? Operations 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage shift planning and coordinate with Shift Owners for smooth operations.

• Monitor manpower availability, absenteeism, attrition and floor requirements as per CAP fluctuations.

• Track productivity, SLA, CPT and key operational KPIs including CX CPT, Dock CPT, 3P CPT, TX CPT and NTBDR.

• Ensure adherence to SOP, UPP, quality standards and process compliance.

• Monitor vehicle placement and conduct RCA for missed placements to ensure customer fulfilment.

• Support space planning, floor management, audits and 555 Audit compliance.

• Conduct floor-level training and ensure workforce readiness.

• Drive team engagement, motivation and a positive workplace environment.

• Handle Operations, Customer, 3P and Vehicle escalations and ensure timely closure.

• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
