We are hiring an experienced HR Sr. Executive - Onboarding to join our HR team in Pune.

Details

• Department: HR Admin
• Location: Pune
• Experience: 3+ Years in relevant HR / Onboarding roles
• Working Days: 2nd 4th Saturday Off
• Notice Period: Candidates with short notice period / immediate availability preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities
• Verify employee documents and complete HRMS registration
• Coordinate induction and site orientation for new joiners
• Coordinate with stakeholders for new joiner communication
• Manage employee transfers and HRMS updates
• Maintain onboarding and transfer-related trackers
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation and checklists
• Support HR documentation and employee lifecycle activities

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR / Business Administration
• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Generalist / Onboarding
• Relevant industry experience preferred
• Good knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS
