About this role
- Manage and oversee warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Train and evaluate employees to maintain productivity and compliance
- Oversee loading/unloading activities and ensure proper material handling
- Ensure timely receiving and storage
- Work with other deportments ( Purchase, Subcontract and finance) to clear the pending GRN issues
- Ensure all the GRN materials are moved to respective storage location within rule box
- Return the rejection items to vendor on time with proper documents
- Line feeding
- Responsible for overseeing and controlling all subcontract material movements, including issuing raw materials to subcontractors, tracking consumption
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
- Ensure adherence to quality standards during receiving and material movements
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems for stock management
