Executive- New Store Opening

Role & responsibilities

• Support new caf/store launch activities from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store openings.
• Assist with store setup, inventory & equipment coordination.
• Track launch timelines, daily progress and prepare basic Excel/Google Sheets MIS.
• Provide on-ground support during store openings and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Regular store visits and local travel will be part of the role.

Preferred candidate profile

• Have experience in coordination and operations.
• Have previously been involved in new store/caf openings.
• Are currently working as a Caf Manager/Store Manager and want to explore a broader New Store Opening/Operations role.
• Are comfortable with a field-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Have strong coordination and execution skills.
