DescriptionPayroll and Time Office   Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System  Prepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary Register  Prepare Payroll related reportsEmployee Life Cycle Activities   Conduct end-to-end employee life cycle activities including induction & joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer, changes in reporting relationships, separation and preparation of relieving letterRecruitment   Manage Recruitment process such as written test and interviews  Search for candidates through job portals and recruitment consultants  Handle Walk-in interviews  Prepare offer letter and co-ordinate for Medical Test of selected candidateTraining Administration   Manage trainings as per Annual Training Calendar and update training records  Process payments for external trainersStatutory Compliances   File monthly statutory returns  Maintain various statutory registers and records as required by Law  Manage Contract Labor in coordination with external contractorsPersonnel Administration   Procure and distribute welfare itemsMaintain various Quality records as per Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems  Generate various monthly MIS reports  Contract Labour   Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management SystemPrepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary RegisterPrepare Payroll related reports
