Executive - Motion Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop motion graphics, 2D animations, and multimedia content for digital platforms.
• Design and create animations for corporate videos, e-learning modules, product campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences based on creative briefs.
• Edit raw video footage and enhance videos with motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and audio.
• Design and animate 2D characters, icons, illustrations, and infographics.
• Select appropriate typography, colours, audio, and visual elements to create impactful content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Product Management, and Creative teams to deliver engaging communication materials.
• Optimize animation and video content for web, mobile, presentations, and digital marketing platforms.
• Maintain organized project files, version control, and design documentation.
• Research emerging animation techniques, design trends, and AI-powered creative tools to enhance content quality.
• Manage multiple creative projects while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines, creative standards, and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Visual Communication, Animation, Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, CorelDRAW, and other motion graphics/video editing tools.
