Executive Medical Transcriptionist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Accurately transcribe radiology reports, ultrasound results,CT,MRI and other medical documentation from audio recordings or written notes.
• Review and edit transcripts for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submitting them to healthcare providers.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines throughout the transcription process.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to medical records.

Job Requirements :

• 0-10 years of experience in medical transcription or a related field.
• Strong understanding of radiology terminology and ultrasound procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.
