Executive Marketing

BTL Marketing Execution:

• Plan, execute and optimize BTL campaigns including site events, exhibitions, property showcases, and marketing activations.
• Manage all on-ground collaterals, signage, branding at site/sales gallery and events.
• Ideate and execute tactical marketing initiatives tailored to Chennais micro-markets.

Lead Generation

• Drive lead-generation efforts via events, activations, and partnerships.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality lead flow and follow-ups.
• Update and manage campaigns and track campaigns.

Vendor & Agency Management:

• Liaise with external vendors for branding, printing, AV production, giveaways, etc.
• Ensure timely execution and adherence to budgets and processes.
• Manage relationships with local event partners, RWA bodies, mall associations, etc.

Market Intelligence:

• Monitor competitor marketing activities and identify potential areas for differentiation.
• Understand local customer preferences and buying behaviour to adapt communication tone and channel.

Internal Coordination:

• Collaborate with the Regional Marketing, Central Brand, and Digital teams for cross-functional campaign execution.
• Support brand-led activities and ensure cohesive brand visibility across Chennai.
