Executive - Logistics

Role & responsibilities

1. Plan and execute daily dispatches as per customer commitments and production availability.
2. Coordinate vehicle placement and loading schedules with transporters and warehouse teams.
3. Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely delivery to customers.
4. Track and reduce logistics delays through proactive coordination and escalation.
5. Ensure efficient and Optimized A Frame retrieval
6. Maintain transporter performance scorecards and ensure service compliance.
7. Resolve delivery-related issues, shortages, damages, and transit concerns.
8. Drive freight bill verification and transporter payment processes.
9. Drive initiatives to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service levels.
10. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, GST, e-Way Bill, and statutory requirements.
11. Maintain dispatch documentation and audit records.
12. Support internal and external audits related to logistics operations
