www.godrejcp.com Role Purpose We are looking for a dynamic Logistics Executive to support end-to-end PAKS portfolio distribution planning, logistics operations, SAP coordination, reporting, and audit compliance activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth stock movement across the supply chain network, maintaining system accuracy, driving warehouse operational excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Operations & Dispatch Planning
- Prepare and circulate daily GP Offer Files.
- Execute dispatch planning based on regional sales forecasts and stock availability.
- Support cross-region billing requirements and route code creation.
- Coordinate with warehouses, CFAs, and transport teams to ensure timely dispatch execution.
- Distribution Planning for PAKS Portfolio Support end-to-end distribution planning across Factory → Regional Warehouse → CFA → Customer network.
- Monitor stock availability and proactively identify potential stock-out risks.
- Drive service level improvement through timely stock deployment and replenishment planning.
- Coordinate with Supply Planning, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability.
- SAP & System Management
- Maintain Route Day and Non-Route Day configurations in SAP.
- Manage manual billing access and user authorization processes.
- Resolve SAP-related operational issues and master data corrections.
- Support system enhancement projects related to Order management, Fill Rate, OTIF, Inventory, and Warehouse Utilization reporting.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor inventory health and SLOB performance.
- Publish weekly FTL adherence reports.
- Generate monthly logistics and performance reports including: WALT Per Kg Cost Analysis Primary Sales Validation Inventory & Aging Reports
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses to business stakeholders.
- Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate quarterly CFA audits and compliance reviews.
- Consolidate audit observations and publish audit reports.
- Ensure timely vendor bill processing and settlement.
- Support billing cycle governance and month-end closure activities.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Sales, RLE, Supply Planning, Warehousing, CFAs, and Transport Partners.
- Support billing closure, sales reversals, and operational issue resolution.
- Drive alignment across functions to ensure seamless logistics execution.
