Executive - Logistics and Distribution Planning at Godrej Industries Group is responsible for supporting end-to-end distribution planning, logistics operations, and SAP coordination for the PAKS portfolio. This role ensures smooth stock movement across the supply chain, maintains system accuracy, and drives operational excellence. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer service levels and uphold audit compliance. The role is integral to maintaining efficient logistics operations and supporting the company's growth and innovation in emerging markets.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and circulating daily GP Offer Files and executing dispatch planning based on regional sales forecasts and stock availability.
- Play a key role in supporting cross-region billing requirements and route code creation, and coordinating with warehouses, CFAs, and transport teams to ensure timely dispatch execution.
- Help drive innovation in end-to-end distribution planning for the PAKS portfolio, monitoring stock availability and proactively identifying potential stock-out risks.
- Take ownership of driving service level improvement through timely stock deployment and replenishment planning, and coordinating with Supply Planning, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability.
- Deliver high-quality SAP and system management, including maintaining Route Day and Non-Route Day configurations, managing manual billing access, and resolving SAP-related operational issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor inventory health, publish adherence reports, and generate monthly logistics and performance reports.
- Lead efforts to coordinate quarterly CFA audits and compliance reviews, consolidate audit observations, and support billing cycle governance and month-end closure activities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, RLE, Supply Planning, Warehousing, CFAs, and Transport Partners to support billing closure, sales reversals, and operational issue resolution.

Experience
2-4 years.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in logistics operations and dispatch planning.
- Proficiency in SAP, including Route Day and Non-Route Day configurations, manual billing access, and user authorisation processes.
- Ability to resolve SAP-related operational issues and perform master data corrections.
- Experience in monitoring inventory health, publishing adherence reports, and generating logistics and performance reports.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions such as Sales, Supply Planning, Warehousing, and Transport Partners.
