Job Summary

Track Section 138 NI Act matters and other assigned litigation; administer Zelican Application.

Responsibilities

• Draft and issue notices under Section 138 NI Act.
• Collate Maintain evidence and support Finance, Collections and Business Teams.
• Represent the Company before Courts, Tribunals, Government Departments as authorized.
• Prepare and file petitions, applications, affidavits, pleadings and legal submissions.
• Attend hearings and coordinate with advocates; ensure compliance with court directions.
• File and track online Police Verification applications and support license renewals.
• Vet NDAs and business agreements; manage e-sign requests.
• Support implementation of CLM, DMS, Data Protection and POSH initiatives.
• Track Company trademarks, domains and maintain the IP repository.
• Assist in filing, renewal and management of trademark applications.
• Process lawyer invoices, legal expenses and management reporting.
• Well-versed in court procedures, filing requirements and litigation processes; promote integrity, accountability, ethics and professionalism.
• Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Assist in CSR and community-related legal activities.
• Contribute to legal awareness and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
