About this role
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Learning & Development to manage and coordinate L&D initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Training Need Identification (TNI) and Training Calendar.
- Plan and execute technical, behavioral, functional and leadership training programs.
- Coordinate training vendors, budgets, nominations, attendance and records.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Prepare L&D MIS, dashboards and HR analytics.
- Support Talent Mapping, Hi-Po Identification and Succession Planning.
- Assist in Career Path and Competency Development initiatives.
- Maintain employee training records through HRMS/LMS.
- Drive continuous improvement in L&D .
Required Skills
- Strong MS Office and Advanced Excel skills.
- HRMS/LMS exposure.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
