Executive/ Jr. Manager/ Asst. Manager Store

Job Summary:

Responsible for mine-site store and inventory management, ensuring uninterrupted availability of spares, consumables and HEMM materials through SAP-based controls with strong focus on safety compliance and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of spares, explosives accessories, fuel, lubricants and consumables using SAP (MM Module)
• Ensure timely availability of critical materials to avoid equipment and production downtime
• Conduct stock verification, reconciliation and control of slow/non-moving items
• Coordinate with procurement, mechanical and operations teams
• Ensure proper storage, preservation and issue as per DGMS guidelines
• Maintain statutory records, documentation and support internal/external audits
• Supervise store staff and ensure safety & housekeeping standards at mine site

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation / Bachelor's degree in Material Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in store/ inventory management in the mining industry.
