Executive -IT

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, maintain IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computer systems, laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts, email access, and permissions.
• Perform regular data backups and support data security measures.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, maintenance, and technical support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues and minimize system downtime.
• Support IT security policies and maintain proper IT documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2- 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and networking.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, email systems, and user account management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
