Role & responsibilities

1. Position Summary
   We are looking for an energetic and proactive IT Executive Fresher with good knowledge of AI tools and MS Office applications. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
   Key Responsibilities
   Provide basic IT support to employees and assist in day-to-day IT activities.
   Support documentation, reporting, and data management using MS Office.
   Use AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, documentation, and routine IT tasks.
   
   1. Maintain IT records, databases, and documentation.
   2. Learn and adapt to new technologies, software, and digital tools.
   3. Ensure timely completion of assigned IT activities.
   Required Skills
   4. Good knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
   4. Good understanding and practical exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.
   5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
   6. Active, proactive, and energetic approach toward work.
   7. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
   8. Willingness to learn new technologies.
   9. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
