Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from OfficeRole OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening capabilities, good understanding of IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, experience levels, budgets, and hiring priorities.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, relevant experience, communication, notice period, compensation, and career expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Manage offer discussions and support candidates through joining and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Ensure timely profile submissions and follow-ups to achieve hiring targets and recruitment TAT.
• Stay updated on IT skills, emerging technologies, market trends, and talent availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment, preferably in staffing, recruitment consultancy, or corporate hiring.
• Experience hiring for technology roles such as:
• Software Developers
• QA / Test Engineers
• Data Engineers / Data Analysts
• Cloud Engineers
• DevOps Engineers
• SAP / Salesforce professionals
• Infrastructure / Security professionals
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn; exposure to other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
• Good understanding of IT skills and ability to interpret technical JDs.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and candidate-engagement abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and work in a target-driven environment.
• Good follow-up, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, recruitment trackers, ATS, or recruitment MIS.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working on niche and challenging IT requirements.
• Comfortable interacting with candidates across different experience levels.
• Ability to use Boolean searches and multiple sourcing channels effectively.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
• Candidates based in or comfortable travelling to Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
