Executive - IT Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Executive IT Engineer to provide technical support and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure and network environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware, networking, LAN/WAN configuration, network troubleshooting, and server support, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, networking equipment, and servers.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN and WAN networks.
• Troubleshoot IP configuration, router configuration, switch configuration, and network connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related problems.
• Monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Provide server support, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and other departments to resolve complex technical issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and customer complaints within the defined timelines.
• Communicate effectively with users and customers to understand technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT incidents, troubleshooting activities, configurations, and resolutions.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance of IT hardware, network devices, and related infrastructure.
• Follow IT security, infrastructure, and operational procedures to ensure a stable and secure IT environment.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team or vendor when required.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in IT infrastructure and network support is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, networking devices, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and servers will be an advantage.
