LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Executive – ISMS to manage Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and support quality and information security initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ISMS and ISO documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Maintain, organize, archive, and control official documents and records.
• Retrieve, update, and remove obsolete documents while maintaining proper version control.
• Ensure consistency in documentation practices across all departments.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for forms, policies, SOPs, procedures, and reports.
• Prepare Monthly Management Review Meeting (MRM) presentations and risk assessment reports in coordination with the IT team.
• Assign, monitor, and track departmental tasks, management action items, and project progress.
• Ensure document integrity, confidentiality, and timely record maintenance.
