Executive - Instrumentation Engineering

Role & responsibilities

Calibration Management

• Coordinate calibration activities with vendors, users, and internal departments.
• Monitor and track calibration schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Execute and maintain calibration records in SAP.
• Ensure all critical instruments are calibrated as per defined schedules and procedures.

Instrument Maintenance

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant instrumentation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation-related issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure proper functioning of process instruments used in manufacturing, utility, and packaging areas.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain calibration and maintenance documentation in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities related to instrumentation.

System Management

• Work effectively with SAP, QMS, and other quality management software applications.
• Generate reports, maintain records, and support data review activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of maintenance and calibration activities.
