Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Client Engagement: Understand customer pain points, present IT solutions (software, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or managed services), and drive interest.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized CRM database, track leads, follow up with prospects, and ensure timely deal closures.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on IT solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
