Executive Infor LN Functional

Role & responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Infor LN Manufacturing and Production modules.
• Manage and support production-related master data, including:
• Item Master
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Routing
• Work Centers
• Production Orders
• Shop Floor Management
• Analyze and resolve production-related transaction and system issues.
• Support production planning and manufacturing execution processes.
• Assist business users during month-end and year-end manufacturing activities.
• Ensure process adherence and data accuracy within manufacturing operations.

Quality Module Support

• Provide functional support for Infor LN Quality Management processes.
• Manage and support quality-related master data, including:
• Quality Groups
• Test Areas
• Item Quality
• Options
• Characteristics & Test by Characteristics
• Aspects
• Test Procedures
• Order-Specific Inspection
• Storage Inspection
• Analyze and resolve quality management system issues.
• Support end-users in day-to-day quality transactions and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with established quality processes and standards.

ERP & Business Process Support

• Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain ERP processes aligned with business needs.
• Provide timely resolution of user queries and support tickets.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
• Support ERP upgrades, patch implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-6 years of ERP functional consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Infor LN Manufacturing (Production) and Quality Management modules.
• Experience in ERP implementation, rollout, and post-implementation support.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and ERP workflows.
• Exposure to process manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, engineering, or industrial manufacturing industries will be preferred.
