Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive - Creator Partnerships to manage influencer

collaborations and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible

for identifying suitable influencers, coordinating campaign execution, maintaining influencer

relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Proficiency in curating sample lists of relevant influencers based on campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with influencers and talent managers for campaign execution.
• Share campaign briefs, content guidelines, timelines, and brand requirements.
• Manage influencer communication and campaign deliverables.
• Coordinate content drafts, approvals, revisions, and final submissions.
• Track posting schedules, live content, campaign deliverables, and performance insights.
• Maintain campaign trackers, reports, influencer deliverables, and payment documentation.
• Resolve execution-related issues and ensure timely campaign closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers for future collaborations.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform policies, and influencer marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Partnerships, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Agency experience will be an added advantage.
