The role ensures effective maintece of HVAC equipment, machinery, buildings, and facility utilities, supporting safe, compliant, and reliable operations. The position contributes to planning, budgeting, and scheduling HVAC and facility modifications, including estimating equipment, labor, materials, and associated costs. The role supports coordination of building space allocation, HVAC layout planning, communication services, and facility expansion initiatives, ensuring temperature, humidity, and air quality compliance. The position also supports implementation of health and safety standards, regulatory compliance, preventive maintece programs, and continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening facility reliability, energy efficiency, sustainability, and audit readiness.
