Executive Human Resource Generalist

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Coordinate induction program, including joining formalities and orientation sessions.
3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or related field.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or Master of Human Resource Development in Any Specialization preferred.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and onboarding processes.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
