Executive HR

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day plant HR operations, including employee queries, coordination with departments, and HR support.
2. Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities, including documentation, employee records, ID cards, and other joining requirements.
3. Coordinate and conduct new employee induction and plant orientation, including company policies, safety, discipline, and workplace practices.
4. Manage attendance, leave, shift, overtime, and absenteeism records and ensure timely HR/payroll inputs.
5. Handle employee welfare activities, including canteen, transport, uniforms, PPE, welfare facilities, and employee engagement initiatives.
6. Address employee grievances and routine employee concerns and coordinate with concerned HODs for timely resolution.
7. Maintain personnel files, HR records, employee master data, and HRMS with proper documentation and confidentiality.
8. Prepare and maintain HR MIS and reports related to manpower, headcount, absenteeism, attrition, joining, exits, overtime, and other plant HR metrics.
9. Support statutory compliance and labour law requirements, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, registers, and compliance documentation.
10. Coordinate training and development activities, including induction, compliance training, employee awareness programs, and training records.
11. Manage employee exit formalities, including resignation, clearance, exit interviews, Full & Final coordination, and relieving/experience documentation.
12. Support HR audits, employee engagement activities, disciplinary processes, manpower planning, and other HR initiatives assigned by the Plant HR Head/Management.
